Refund Policy
If you register now and the event is cancelled, you will receive your funds back minus your Guild membership fee and the Regonline fees. Below is an example of what this looks like.
If we need to issue refunds this is the breakdown of what will be returning to you as a paying attendee. Regonline takes a fee that we do not receive. For example, if you paid $125 - regonline deducted $10.14 so the amount we received was $114.86. We have no way to recoup the fee from regonline. The other part of the registration fee is your membership to the Triskeli Guild. That fee is $25 for a single person and $40 for a couple. In this instance, if we received $114.86 from regonline for your registration we would then subtract the membership fee. You could expect to receive $89.86 from us.
We understand that this is not as good as getting your full money back but please note those membership fees are what the Triskeli Guild and therefore ITW need to function for this coming year. It will give us time to secure a new space for this event to take place in 2012. I also want to state clearly that any funds required to be retained this year (as explained above), will be 100% discounted from entry into ITW 2012.
